Private Access Channel Connection Failure After Some Time In Oracle Analytics Cloud (Doc ID 2772611.1)

Symptoms

Private Access Channel (PAC) is configured to use connection to the database. Prior to PAC configuration, RDG (Remote Data Gateway) is used for the database connection.

The connection using Private Access Channel is failing after some time. It works again when RDG is enabled and then disabled. But fails again after some time.

ERROR: Parameter ‘oClientEvent’ is not valid, skipping - is showing up for connection through PAC
