ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unifier integration user via REST web services being utilized when running a "Get BP Record" on any BP, the Date/Time fields are being displayed in the Server Time Zone (GMT) instead of the Integration User Regional time zone (GMT-5).   The Same is true when using Data View, configured to retrieve data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
The customer expectation is that when retrieving data via REST services that Dates/Times will be displayed in the Regional setting for the Integration user.
