When Status Button is Removed from Location Manager Layout the Status Remains Visible in the UI (Doc ID 2773262.1)

Symptoms

The OTM application administrator does not want the user interface to display the Location Status . 

A new Manager Layout is created by selecting the existing Location manager layout and then modified by selecting to Delete on the Status field found under the details tab.

This is attached to the appropriate Screen Set and Menu , however,  when the new Location custom screen set is accessed the Status is still visible in the user.

 This issue can also be observed when selecting to Copy Manager Layout for Location and  then on the Details Tab there is a duplicate of the Status radial button. and only 1 of the fields can be selected to delete.  

 After selected to remove and save the new manager lay out is updated and will show duplicate fields  for the " Add Button Status ".
