Symptoms

Users are unable to access Salary Component with Promotion using seeded Line Manager role.

Promotion Approval rules seem to be good, but the page is preventing access to Salary card in both Responsive UI and Classic UI.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. As a Line Manager, Promote an employee
2. Observe error in Salary section when trying to access Salary card.
