Fusion Time And Labor: Timecard Approvals Moving To Error Status | Attributes Defined in the Approval Rule are Missing in the Approval Payload (Doc ID 2773296.1)

Symptoms

Timecard approvals moving to error status and some are moving to error status during the approval process.

Error message in the transaction console the error occurred because at the time of approval flow system was not able to find a valid approval hierarchy. But this is incorrect, the employees that faced this issue did have a valid hierarchy.

The successful transactions before and after the issue also prove that the employee does have a valid hierarchy. We have also verified the assignment history and there is no change to the employee’s assignment which could cause a hierarchy issue.
