Symptoms

When selecting the Enable backups menu item in the PSM Console, it fails with:

PSM-BKP-50021: The credentials and storage container for accessing Object Storage are incorrect. Response code returned: 401. Update credentials or storage container and try again.

This happens when using SOACS installed on OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
