Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Reports

Send Dunning Letter Process delivery fails with error - Error deliver document to printer.

User is trying to EMAIL the dunning letters to the customers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Make sure the customer profile setups are in place.
2. Run the ESS: Send Dunning Letter

3. When the process is run by the entering the email address in the parameter, it sends the email to the customer.
4. If no email address provided in ESS parameter, Process completes in error.
