Symptoms
Actual Shipment XML is sent to OTM to update shipment reference number data
This process is overwriting the previous data and keeping only the latest data.
Expectation is that both the old and new shipment reference number data should be retained on the Shipment & not replaced with new value when a fresh integration comes in
