On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Project Budget

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Correct baseline budget amount does not showed up when baselining.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Correct baseline budget amount to show up when baselining.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create budget version manually or by import
2. Baseline - the correct amount is not showing up
