HMRC file submission for FPS failed  for specific Tax Reporting Units

An application error occurred. An assertion failure was detected at location ReportUtils.callJavaClass:5.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the HMRC File submission process for FPS or EPS
2. Process fails.
