ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Running the inventory reports several times, system is doubling, triplicating item quantities randomly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correct item quantities to be displayed on the report.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Warehouse on Cloud.
2. Navigation Path: Web Report Gen 2 > Run Report 'Inventory Types'.
