Symptoms

Item Structures are getting stuck in IN PROGRESS Stage and is not moving to completed Stage.
Unable to see any error both Frontend and Backend.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

Batch Import Process needs to complete the import process

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download Item FBDI Template
2. Populate Item Data in the template
3. Generate the CSV File
4. Load Interface File for Import
5. Run the Manage Item Import process
6. Error Occurs
