Symptoms
Intermittent problem with maps, sometimes it loads on the screen and sometimes it doesn't and the following error message shows:
Oracle Fusion Middleware Mapviewer encountered the following errors
MAPVIEWER_9014:Error occurred when sending HTTP request.
Error: Not Found Response :404 Not Found
