JCS OCI Classic C@C Instance - Unable to SSH into the VM. (Doc ID 2776341.1)

Symptoms

Unable to SSH into the JCS VM. Restart of the Instance fails with the below error.

 

Detach the boot volume of the instance and attach it to a temporary VM as per steps in the below document. This helped reveal actual cause for the issue.
