User Unable To Edit Or Approve Promotion. (Doc ID 2776379.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.1 version, Pricing - Promotions

You observe that end-users with PROMOTION_APPROVAL_DUTY and PROMOTION_INQUIRY_DUTY are not able to approve promotions
Expect to be able to approve promotion
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Login to PCS with user having role with PROMOTION_APPROVAL_DUTY duty.
  2. Search and open promotion.
  3. Notice, promotion opened in view mode and there no option to approve.
