Symptoms
When Saving After Making Edits or Creating a New Requisition a user gets the 1001 API Failed error and a system error Example of format: enterprise@zonename.taleo.net(2021####################)
Issue seems to be random, and only happens sometimes when taking the actions below.
It occurs for only a few users, but not all, and only happens to the affected users some times.
Actions known to trigger this:
- Saving changes to questions
- Saving a new requisition created from a template
- Saving edits made to a requisition
