Legal Entity which is defined as Legal Employer is Unavailable For Hire (Doc ID 2777654.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to Create an Employee, the defined Legal Employer is not listed in the LOV.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected to list all the valid Legal Employers for hiring Employees.

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manage Legal Entities -> Query for the Legal Entity " XX Legal Entity"

2. We see Legal Entity Identifier is provided , Legal Employer Flag is enabled, Payroll Statutory Unity Flag is also Enabled.

3. The Start and End Date are Blank.

4. Now going to My Client Groups -> Hire an Employee ,

5. Providing Hire date as todays Date and choose Legal Employer it does not display "XX Legal Entity"
