Goal

Requirement: When the New Hire is going in future, we send an email alert around 5 days before his hire date.
With Oracle Alert Feature we are not able to send the email notification to future hires. Once he reaches the hire date we are then able to send the email alert.

Please confirm if Oracle Alert Composer supports Future Hires/Rehires.
