Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Manage Contract Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Event type is not activating the "Item based event".

21B Project Billing: Item Billing for Item Contract Lines : New Feature

Objective : Want to Bill Customer by an Item.
But none of those 3 items are activating the ”Item Based event” .

Attached are the detailed steps.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Create event - activating the ”Item Based event” .

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create billing event
2. Item based event is not showing in the events types list of values
