Symptoms
Unable to go back to Reports screen after downloading one report in Chrome Browser.

Get the same report even after hitting Back
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to OTM.
2. Navigate to Buisiness Process Automation ->> Reporting ->> Report Manager
3. Go to any Report ->> Click on "Run".
4. For demo, I clicked on "Run" against Pickup Summary Report.
5. Enter appropriate values and generate report in "PDF" format.
6. Download report.
7. Now click browser "Back" button (as there is no other option to go back)
8. If you have logged in using Google Chrome browser, you can not go back on "Reports" page.
9. If you click 'Home' icon, you will goto screen where you have to again navigate to the Reports.
