Symptoms
When searching for orders on the Agent Console, the Calendar dropdown does not display correctly when using the advanced search option.
STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Agent Console
2. Click on Orders
3. Advanced Search
4. Start Date or End Date does not display dropdown menu

The CCS style of this out of the box component has been upgraded.
