When Using The Pick Confirmation For A Short Pick The Allocation Are Not Cancelled (Doc ID 2778186.1)

Symptoms

When calling the Pick_Confirm Application Program Interface (API) with the Short_flg = true,  Allocations for the License Plate Number (LPN) are not getting canceled  even though Inbound LPN (IBLPN) status going to Lost status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create LPN and allocate this LPN to particular in such a way that there should be more than 1 allocation for the given LPN.
2. Through any Web Service application (Ex: Postman), submit Pick Confirm API with short_flag = true for the above allocation.
3. Observe that IBLPN status changed to Lost but allocations still exist in the Allocated status.
