Symptoms

Problem Description:

When configuring an offer letter template RTF file, HTML and PDF preview display text properly with the correct font, and the font properly renders as bold or italics.

When viewing the offer letter in Preview Offer or downloading the offer letter to PDF, the same text does not display the correct font, or the font does not show in bold or italics.
