Goal

Is there a way to auto-populate the outbound email address with multiple addresses.  For example an inbound e-mail is received to create an SR. The e-mail contains extra email addresses in the CC or BBC or has multiple contacts on it.    When replying instead of just the primary email as the outbound address being auto-populated is it possible to have all of the email addresses automatically added to the To or CC line?
