Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Account and Period Close

Supplier Cost Adjustment Burdened Accounting Issue


ERROR

Subledger Accounting was unable to retrieve a value for the accounting flexfield account rule


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Configured the Subledger Journal Entry Rule Set and Account Rules to inherit the Supplier Cost Burdened Accounting if any adjustments take place in PPM. The same setup works as expected in lower environment. However the accounting fails in Production with following error.
Entire Supplier cost adjustments made for capital cost cannot be capitalized and there are many adjustments to be made
