Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Unable to access the User app under Global Admin in Oracle Primavera Cloud. It throws an error - The page you requested is not available in the current context.
Pop up says - Unable to load data. Profile Name already exists. Enter a unique name. PRM- 007000009
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
For the Users Page to load.
STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Global Admin, Users.
