Problem Description

Have ran the End of Year Flows: Run End of Year P60 process. After following all steps, the output did not produce any PDF P60s.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the Run End of Year P60 flow
2. Mark the manual verification task as Complete
3. The P60 Report task completes
4. No PDF output produced.
