Goal

Requirement to replace the word Negotiation with Solicitation on the Supplier Portal dashboard.

Using the User Interface Text to replace the word Negotiation with Solicitation worked everywhere in the Supplier Portal, except on the dashboard (ie: Requiring Attention).
