Mobile Expense - Required Fields, Location and Description, Are Not Required In The App

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Description and Location are not showing as required in the app. User can submit without that information and the report will be saved and then the user needs to log into the web to updated and submit. However, these are required in UI. How to have the required fields as mandatory in Expense Mobile?
