Symptoms

You create an invoice in Oracle Payables. You use an account of type Expense on the invoice distribution and check Track as Asset.

You run Create Mass Additions to transfer the invoice line to Fixed Assets (FA).  You prepare and post the new asset which is of type 'Expensed'.
You then run Create Accounting for Assets and find that journal entries are generated for the asset.

Your expectation is that no accounting entry should be generated in FA for Expensed assets.

Changes
