Symptoms

OTBI Reports Not Returning Results for Some Supply Plans.  For example, seeded report "Order Details by Item"

The following error noticed in MscAnalyticETL child job of the plan run.

Inside populate_analytic_tables 
in populating msc_analytic_items ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
Exception occured in populating msc_analytic_items ORA-12899: value too large for column ??? (actual: 33, maximum: 32)
Exception occured in populating msc_analytic_end_demands ORA-12899: value too large for column ??? (actual: 33, maximum: 32)
