ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a problem with the Internationalization in BP Pickers.

When the user changed the preference to Portuguese then all BP Picker Data Elements are not translated inside the field Selection. Example: The field is called "Vendor Name 2" and translated to "Razão Social", instead of the data element presents "Digite um Razão Social", it presents "Digite um Vendor Name 2"
