Symptoms
User is unable to purge records from the interface table
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CSV from FBDI
2. Upload the file using "Load Interface File for Import"
3. Schedule "Import Work Orders" process for the batch previously uploaded
4. The batch is finished in status "Completed with errors"
5. Try to delete the batch by running "Purge Record From Interface" process
6. The process completed successfully, but did not purge the Work Order records previously loaded to the interface table.
