Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance Documents are not transferred if the Line managers were changed with HDL, after running the process "Transfer Performance Documents with Manager Change"
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is that documents should be transferred after running the process even the line managers are changed with HDL
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. You are changing the managers of workers using the HDL
2. After the manager is changed with HDL, the new line manager appears in Person Management for that worker.
3. If you ran the refresh manager hierarchy + Transfer Performance Documents with Manager Change, the process is successful, however, the document manager is not changed.
This can be checked by : My Client Groups > Performance > Performance Documents> search for the employee and notice that the document manager is not the line manager.
4. If you change the line manager manually in person management and ran refresh manager hierarchy + Transfer Performance Documents with Manager Change, the document are transferred to the new manager.
