Symptoms
A candidate who is or was associated to a Transitions process can suddenly no longer log into the External Career Section.
Candidate gets this error:
The action cannot be completed.
The password you have entered is incorrect.
Changes
The Transition User Account was just updated and the employee information section has been completed.
