Data Conversion Application (DCA) Inserting Additional Records In Item_supp_manu_country (Doc ID 2783175.1)

Goal

DCA business validation has inserted a large number of additional records in item_supp_manu_country that were not present in source file. Why are these records being inserted?

For example, in the loaded files we have country 'AF' but item_supp_manu_country gets updated also with entries for country 'PL' (not existent in loaded files).
