On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Setup, Rapid Impl and Security
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When importing Segment Values and Hierarchies on a daily basis via schedule process 'Load interface file for import', as the customer has EDMCS to store and maintain value sets and hierarchies, the program is updating the last updated by and last update date for all values even though there is no change for it.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The fields last updated by and last update date should be change only if there was a change for it.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have EDMCS to store and maintain value sets and hierarchies
2. Have the process 'Load interface file for import' scheduled daily to extracts an update Fusion
3. The process launches also import Segment Values and Hierarchies
