Symptoms

After logging into the Team member web application, one of the following errors occurs:

When using a direct URL to the Team Member page: The requested page was either not found or you do not have access to it.
When accessing Team Member from the Cloud portal main page, after it opens, in top right corner: Database name: undefined.

The following error can also be found in the P6tmweb.log/p6webaccess.html log:

ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
