On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, .Manage Compensation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Compensation Worksheet when Manager adds Notes against an employee record it is not visible after Saving and reopening the Worksheet. It is not visible to the above Manager or to himself who has added notes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Notes should be saved

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Worksheet and create Notes for the employee
2. Save the Worksheet and click Cancel to exit the plan
3. Enter again the Worksheet - the Notes are not there

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter Notes on the worksheet.
