Symptoms
Account Alias Import failed with the following error:
Business object: Inventory Account Alias. Status: Completed with errors. Status details: Insufficient data received from the service. Verify that the service is working correctly. The service URL is http://fa-internal.oracleoutsourcing.com:10663/fscmService/TransactionAccountAliasService. Contact your help desk.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export .CSV file package for the Manage Account Alias Task
2. Open Account Alias template and add 8,000 new rows below the existing rows
3. Rezip the file and Import through the Manage Account Alias Import Task
4. Process ends in error above
