Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance overall rating is not displaying as per the new functionality of sorting introduced in 21B.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Rate sorting feature to work with 21B.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Compensation.
2. Act as proxy.
3. See that the Performance overall rating is not displaying as per the new functionality introduced in 21B.
