Symptoms
SUMMARY
========
Customer is trying to update the 19.10.0.0.0 RU to the database home using dbaascli ,It applied on node 1 ,However it failed/stuck on node 2.
Due to this dbaaascli metadata is not in sync .
Changes
Patch applied on node 1 with dbaascli ,It failed on node 2 with below error -
2021-02-26 03:01:46.776046 - PRCD-1131 : Failed to stop database test2 and its services on nodes test2
PRCR-1133 : Failed to stop database test2 and its running services
PRCR-1132 : Failed to stop resources using a filter
CRS-2974: unable to act on resource 'ora.test.db' on server 'test2' because that would require stopping or relocating resource 'ora.test.test2_low.paas.oracle.com.svc' but the appropriate force flag was not specified
Node 1 Metadata is updated
However node 2 is showing 19.8
