Snapshot Import Fails for Data Load rule - EPMFDM-140075:Import for Data Load Rule failed (Doc ID 2785185.1)

Symptoms

When a user tries to import the complete Snapshot i.e. underlying CALC/DOCREP/FDMEE/HP/HSS artifact types - All at once, via the Import option at the complete Snapshot level. 

User may receive an error related to import for FDMEE artifacts, resulting in the below error message: 

Ex:    Application Data/Planning Applications/Vision - Entity/Data Load Rule :- EPMFDM-140075:Import for Data Load Rule failed.
