Symptoms

When attempting to perform a mass category reclass on an asset with Bonus Rule,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Updating the bonus rule in the FA_BOOKS table failed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. perform mass category reclass transaction
2. process fails and adjustment line gets generated in Error status with the above error message.
