Symptoms

Problem Description:

When the candidate or an administrator attempts to accept a job offer, the following error occurs:

Error 

orace.job.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception
caught. oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-29000: Unexpected
expection caught: oracle.jbo.RowInconsistentException,
msg=JBO-25014: Another user has changed the row with
primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300000999999999].
