Importing and Update Participant Details Process Completed Successfullly But Did Not Update the ATTRIBUTE1 and ATTRIBUTE2 Fields (Doc ID 2786577.1)

After running Import and Update Participant Details process for a new resource (not existing ones), the ATTRIBUTE1 and ATTRIBUTE2 fields were not update.

1. Import Participant
2. Create a ZIP file from the generated csv from ICParticipantImportTemplate.xlsm
3. Upload the ZIP file to File Import and Export for account ic/IncentiveCompensationParticipant/import
4. Go to Participant Assignments -> Import Participant Details, and choose the file uploaded on step 3
5. Check Participant Snapshot and see that the values for ATTRIBUTE1 and ATTRIBUTE2 were not updated on the participant details
