Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Employee unchecked the Active Check box for the Bank account in Payment Method Self-Service page but still it shows Active.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once inactivates, external bank accounts not to be available anymore/display as inactive. 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Me>Pay>Personal payment methods
2. Inactivate bank account
3. Respective bank account is still available for selection.
