On : NA version, Rest Adapter

After GEN2 upgrade REST/SOAP Adapter connection test fails with error if the endpoint requires certificate to be passed for Authentication.

CASDK-0003: Unable to parse the resource, <URL>. Verify that URL is reachable, can be parsed and credentials if required are accurate; Received fatal alert: handshake_failure


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Test REST/SOAP connection to endpoint which is protected with certificate based auth / 2 way ssl.
