Cannot Display Printed Transaction Data When Transaction Has Attachment (Doc ID 2787325.1)

Symptoms

When user clicks "View Image", user can download the file.
However, this file does not display any data and this file size is 0 byte.
This issue occurs when the attachment has been added to transaction and user uses "Printed Transaction Copy" Category.
