Symptoms

UPLOADSALES_JOB job does not handle reject files with characters in store id location and no error added to file_upload_errors.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create POSU file having characters in store id location.
2. Run Uploadsales.ksh.
3. Note no error message will be inserted to file_upload_errors table.
